Classification Engine
Category A / B
One engine sorts every use of the system — by what the use is, never by who the human is.
The One Question
The Category Engine asks a single question of every use: is this use personal, or is it commercial? The answer assigns the category. It attaches to the use, not to the person — the same human may stand in Category A at the public face in the morning and in Category B at the API in the afternoon, and both standings are correct.
Category A
Access — Free. Forever.
Category A is personal, educational, and humanitarian use of the public face of the licensable engines: the student, the individual, the nonprofit, the person rebuilding, the one with talent and no tools. Category A is free — no subscription, no throttling, no paywall at the door of dignity, exactly as the Constitution guarantees. Verification is free in both categories, everywhere, forever: the system makes its money at the mint, never at the checkpoint.
Category B
Commercial — Licensed.
Category B is any use that monetizes, embeds, resells, or operates at commercial scale — the company, the lab, the agency, the platform. Category B takes a license, at the engine's own domain, under the tiers published there. Startups, micros, universities, and nonprofits in commercial use receive the lowest tiers. Category B is what keeps Category A free: one category frees people, one category funds the system, and both are constitutional.
Neither Category
Some engines are in neither category. The sealed layer of the SI MATRIX SYSTEM — the constitutional core listed on the Intellectual Property map — is not offered for license at any tier, to any category. The categories classify access to what is offered. They open no door that is sealed.
The Rules
- 1.Determination is automatic. The engine evaluates the use itself — its purpose, its scale, its revenue intent, its commercial nature, its depth of usage. No human judgment. No bias.
- 2.Category A cannot be upcharged. A use classified A remains free for that use, forever.
- 3.A commercial use cannot wear Category A's clothes. When a use becomes commercial, the use is reclassified — the person is not punished, and their Category A uses remain untouched.
- 4.Every classification is recorded — numbered, timestamped, and sealed in the record, like everything else inside the Trust.
- 5.Enforcement is constitutional. The Constitution governs the classifications — not opinions, not markets, not politics.
A world divided by wealth collapses. A world balanced by design rises.
